T.I.F. – Taste Investigation Force™ is a private community-driven food, lifestyle, discovery, and entertainment platform allowing users to:

• ●discover restaurants and food-related businesses,
• ●share personal opinions and experiences,
• ●participate in community activities,
• ●obtain collectible digital identifiers and badges,
• ●purchase merchandise and branded products,
• ●interact with TIF Certified™ programs.

T.I.F. is a private entertainment and lifestyle platform and is not affiliated with any governmental, regulatory, health, inspection, or law enforcement agency.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• ●you are at least 18 years old,
• ●you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms,
• ●all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

TIF reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its sole discretion.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are solely responsible for:

• ●maintaining the confidentiality of your account,
• ●all activities conducted under your account,
• ●maintaining accurate account information.

Users may request account deletion by contacting TIF directly.

TIF reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice.

Users may submit:

• ●reviews,
• ●ratings,
• ●comments,
• ●photographs,
• ●recommendations,
• ●other community content.

Video uploads are prohibited unless expressly authorized by TIF.

You retain ownership of your submitted content; however, by posting content on the Platform, you grant TIF a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, modify, and publish such content in connection with the Platform, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities.

Users may not:

• ●publish false or misleading reviews,
• ●post sponsored or paid reviews,
• ●engage in conflicts of interest,
• ●impersonate another person or entity,
• ●post defamatory content,
• ●publish hateful, abusive, violent, or discriminatory content,
• ●post sexual or explicit material,
• ●distribute spam or malicious content,
• ●use deceptive AI-generated content or fake reviews,
• ●manipulate ratings or community systems,
• ●engage in political propaganda or extremist content,
• ●violate any applicable laws.

TIF reserves the absolute right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

"TIF Certified™" is a proprietary private recognition designation created and administered by TAF DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING LLC.

TIF Certified™ does not constitute:

• ●governmental certification,
• ●health certification,
• ●safety certification,
• ●legal certification,
• ●regulatory approval,
• ●sanitary inspection,
• ●or official accreditation of any kind.

Certification status reflects internal and community-based criteria established solely at TIF's discretion.

TIF reserves the absolute right to grant, deny, suspend, revoke, modify, or remove any certification status at any time.

The purchase of merchandise, kits, promotional materials, analytics services, or other products does not guarantee certification status, visibility, rankings, endorsements, or recommendations.

The Platform may offer collectible digital identifiers, badge numbers, and related digital assets.

These identifiers:

• ●are collectible digital licenses only,
• ●are not investments,
• ●are not securities,
• ●are not financial products,
• ●do not guarantee future value,
• ●do not guarantee resale opportunities or liquidity.

All sales of digital identifiers are final and non-refundable.

Transfers may only occur through TIF-approved internal systems and remain subject to TIF approval.

TIF reserves the right to restrict transfers, revoke identifiers, suspend exchange features, modify the digital ecosystem, and terminate marketplace functionality at any time.

The Platform may sell apparel, mugs, accessories, collectibles, badges, promotional materials, restaurant kits, and other products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise required by law.

TIF reserves the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, cancel transactions, modify pricing, and discontinue products at any time.

All Platform content, including but not limited to T.I.F., Taste Investigation Force™, TIF Certified™, logos, graphics, badges, designs, text, branding, digital systems, and software, are the exclusive property of TAF DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING LLC or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from TIF, including emails, SMS messages, push notifications, platform notifications, marketing communications, and postal mail.

TIF does not sell personally identifiable user information to third parties.

Promotional communications are distributed exclusively through TIF-controlled systems.

TIF may use anonymized and aggregated behavioral analytics for internal business purposes, platform optimization, partnerships, and statistical analysis.

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

TIF does not guarantee restaurant quality, food safety, hygiene, allergen management, dining experiences, customer satisfaction, uninterrupted platform access, accuracy of reviews, or commercial results for businesses.

User reviews reflect personal opinions only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAF DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, lost profits, emotional distress, food-related incidents, allergic reactions, business losses, reputational damages, or user-generated content.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAF DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You waive any right to participate in class actions, jury trials, collective proceedings, or representative actions.

All disputes must be brought individually.

TIF reserves the right to modify these Terms, change Platform features, suspend services, discontinue programs, or alter community systems at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
