Users are expected to contribute responsibly and respectfully at all times.

All reviews, ratings, comments, and recommendations must reflect genuine personal experiences.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• ●fake reviews,
• ●misleading reviews,
• ●manipulated ratings,
• ●AI-generated fake reviews,
• ●coordinated review attacks,
• ●purchased reviews,
• ●incentivized reviews,
• ●reviews written on behalf of others.

Users may not post reviews or ratings regarding businesses where they:

• ●are owners,
• ●employees,
• ●investors,
• ●family members,
• ●business partners,
• ●or have undisclosed financial interests.

TIF reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts where conflicts of interest are suspected.

Users must remain respectful toward:

• ●restaurants,
• ●businesses,
• ●staff members,
• ●other users,
• ●and the TIF community.

The following are prohibited:

• ●harassment,
• ●hate speech,
• ●threats,
• ●discrimination,
• ●abusive behavior,
• ●intimidation,
• ●bullying,
• ●defamatory statements.

The following content is prohibited:

• ●sexual or explicit content,
• ●violent content,
• ●illegal content,
• ●political propaganda,
• ●extremist material,
• ●spam,
• ●malware,
• ●fraudulent activity,
• ●deceptive marketing,
• ●impersonation,
• ●copyrighted content without authorization.

Users may upload photographs related to their experiences.

Video uploads are prohibited unless expressly authorized by TIF.

By uploading content, users confirm that:

• ●they own the content or have rights to publish it,
• ●the content does not violate third-party rights,
• ●the content complies with these Guidelines.

"TIF Certified™" is a private community-based recognition designation created and administered by TAF DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING LLC.

It does not constitute:

• ●governmental certification,
• ●health certification,
• ●safety certification,
• ●legal approval,
• ●or official accreditation.

Certification decisions remain entirely at TIF's sole discretion.

Restaurants and businesses cannot purchase reviews, rankings, ratings, or certification status.

Participation in TIF programs, including:

• ●merchandise purchases,
• ●restaurant kits,
• ●promotional materials,
• ●or analytics services,

does not guarantee:

• ●visibility,
• ●rankings,
• ●recommendations,
• ●endorsements,
• ●or certification status.

TIF reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• ●remove content,
• ●suspend accounts,
• ●revoke certifications,
• ●restrict access,
• ●or permanently ban users,

with or without notice.

Users may report suspected violations by contacting:

TIF reserves the right to investigate violations and take any action deemed appropriate.

TIF may update or modify these Community Guidelines at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Guidelines.
